THE PENNHARMONICS TO RELEASE BRAND-NEW STUDIO EP
IN SPRING 2016
State College, PA -- Coming off the tremendous success of their 2014 studio album, "Black Cloud Silver Lining," The Pennharmonics, one of Penn State University's premier co-ed a cappella groups, will be releasing a brand-new studio EP in the spring of 2016. The EP, yet to be titled, will feature newly arranged songs to give family, friends, alumni, and fans a taste of the current group. "The idea of this EP is to showcase the many talents of the 2015 Penns across 5 unique and innovative tracks," said Kyle Howard, current Director of The Pennharmonics. This will also be the group's second time collaborating with Colin Egan and Marianne Cheng of NYC-based Five Spice Records for the recording and mixing process of the EP. The Pennharmonics are currently hard at work rehearsing and recording for a planned EP release date in the spring of 2016, culminating in an EP Release Concert at Penn State.
